Refund and Cancellation Policy for JayaBoutique

At JayaBoutique, we take great pride in the quality of our sarees, scrunchies, jewelry, and accessories. To maintain our high standards and offer competitive pricing, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. No Return and No Refund Policy
Please note that JayaBoutique follows a "No Return, No Refund" policy. Once a product is purchased and dispatched, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Variations in color due to digital photography or screen settings.
Slight irregularities in handcrafted items (which are a mark of authenticity).
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Wrong Products
A refund or exchange will only be considered in the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product or the wrong item.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a refund or exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide a full, uncut unboxing video.
The video must start before the package is opened.
The shipping label and all sides of the original packaging must be clearly visible.
The video must show the entire opening process and the specific issue without any cuts, edits, or transitions.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
3. How to Report an Issue
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
Send an email to jabadas92@gmail.com.
Subject line: Order Issue - [Your Order Number].
Attach the Full Unboxing Video and clear photos of the damage/wrong item.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner from our Mumbai facility, it cannot be canceled or modified.
