3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed from our location in Mankhurd, Mumbai.
We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to our shipping partners and the destination address. JayaBoutique is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of sarees and hygiene considerations for jewelry and scrunchies, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any discrepancies.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
